return & exchange policy
Please read the following carefully:
- all returns, exchanges and refunds should take place within 30 days of purchase.
- for returns and exchanges, we ask that you provide shipping yourself and provide us with the tracking number via email at info@titleofwork.com. once we receive the piece back in our studio we will then proceed to issue a refund to your original payment method in the case of a return. for repairs see below.
- while we assess repairs on a case by case basis, it is our desire to take care of our clients to the best of our ability and we typically will perform most necessary repairs at limited or no cost.
- for repairs that must be shipped, we ask that you split the cost of shipping, using your own label to send us the piece and we will gladly return the piece to you once we are finished with the repair.
- all sales for custom work are final and will not be refunded or able to be returned or exchanged. however we are flexible on adjustments if possible and determine this on a case by case basis.
