• all returns, exchanges and refunds should take place within 30 days of purchase.

• for returns and exchanges, shipping is provided. for repairs see below.

• while we assess repairs on a case by case basis, it is our desire to take care of our clients to the best of our ability and we typically will perform most necessary repairs at limited or no cost.

• for repairs that must be shipped, we ask that you split the cost of shipping, using your own label to send us the piece and we will gladly return the piece to you once we are finished with the repair.

• all sales for custom work are final and will not be refunded or able to be returned.
